Confronting the Challenges of Cyber Crime Investigations

This year's educational event seminars are scheduled for Albuquerque, NM and Midwest City, OK. The one-day programs will focus on investigating internet crimes and the impact of social networking sites. Additionally, NW3C will share information on its new Internet Complaint Search and Investigation System (ICSIS) that allows member agencies to access information about current internet crimes and open investigations in their areas. A live demonstration of ICSIS will take place at the seminar. Law enforcement personnel from around the country will share examples of how they are using this tool on their own cases.
