Membership is open to law enforcement and other government agencies with a nexus to the prevention, investigation, or prosecution of economic crime, cyber crime and terrorism. Agencies must meet the criteria of one of the following types of membership to be eligible:

• State, local, federal or tribal law enforcement and prosecutors;
• State, local, federal or tribal government agencies;
• Foreign law enforcement agency or government; and
• Duly constituted permanent task forces comprised of two or more qualified law enforcement agencies.

Individuals, private companies and educational institutions are not eligible for membership.
