Prosecuting Insurance Fraud 
This is a resource to aid prosecutors in the conviction of insurance fraud cases. Insurance fraud has reached levels of epidemic proportion as a result of public misperceptions, a lack of criminal justice resources, the potential difficulty of prosecution, and the ease of committing the crime. Successful identification, investigation, and prosecution of insurance fraud cases will help to decrease the frequency of insurance fraud.
