This course provides information regarding the legal principles involving the
rights of defendants and witnesses. This course will cover a number of topics
pertaining to criminal investigations including admissible evidence, exculpatory
evidence, and the exclusionary rule. There is a strong focus on the Fourth,
Fifth, and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
