This independent reading exercise provides students with policy and guidance
documents critical to the role of an intelligence analyst. The documents in this
exercise include: 28 CFR Part 23 and a Guide to Criminal Intelligence Policies,
Analyst Professional Development Roadmap, National Criminal Intelligence Sharing
Plan, and Developing a Policy on the Use of Social Media in Intelligence and
Investigative Activities.
