Training Eligibility
The National White Collar Crime Center is funded by Congressional appropriations, administered by
multiple agencies, including the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and Office of Juvenile Justice and
Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). The Center's mandate is to provide support and training to state,
local, tribal, and territorial criminal justice agencies in the fields of white collar crime,
financial investigations, and high technology crime investigation. Agency identification will be
required to complete a request for course registration or to take on online course.
Employees of state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement, regulatory, and prosecutorial agencies
are eligible for federally funded training and technical assistance from NW3C. Employees of federal law
enforcement, regulatory, and prosecutorial agencies are eligible for training if it does not prevent
a state, local, tribal, or territorial employee from receiving that training.
